Merch & sales (general terms)

If the Site offers merchandise or music for purchase, the following applies unless stated otherwise for a specific sale:

• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card data.

Events & tickets (general terms)

For events promoted or hosted under the EISFLUSS WERKE brand, ticketing and entry conditions may be set by third-party venues or ticketing platforms. Unless stated otherwise:

• Tickets are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law or the ticket provider's rules apply.
• Line-up changes, set-time changes and venue changes may occur; such changes do not automatically entitle to a refund.
• Entry may be refused for safety, capacity or house-rule reasons (venue policy applies).

All content on this Site—including music, images, logos, trademarks, texts and videos—is the property of André Marc F. aka DJ A.M. (CH) and/or the respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated. The word mark EISFLUSS WERKE and the Eisfluss Werke logo are protected trademarks. Any use in commerce, advertising or public communications without prior written permission is prohibited.
